You may return the products purchasing from Sesanood.com if you believe your package was damaged during the shipping process. Please contact us immediately if you receive damaged goods through email hello@sesanood.com. Remember to keep the original packaging while returning your purchase. We will refund or a voucher will be given according to your preference. Once the returned package arrives our service center, it takes five working days to proceed the refund or the voucher.
In most cases, due to food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for non-defective products. However, we do value feedbacks from you. Please do let us know about your opinions, so we can keep making improvements.

We currently only offer domestic shipping to mailing addresses that are within the U.S.
Shipping Method
Orders confirmed before 1pm EST Monday to Friday are processed within 2 business days. Most standard orders will be completed by USPS carrier. Express delivery is available at an additional charge.
